Membership Terms - BX3 Club

These Membership Terms govern access to BX3 Club, operated by All It Music LLC memberships and related services. By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.

Membership Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for the account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Plan prices, benefits, billing periods, and Beat Claim allowances are shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. You authorize the payment method on file to be charged for each renewal.

Beat Claims

Beat Claims reset each billing cycle according to your plan. Unused claims expire and do not roll over. A beat is not claimed until you confirm the selection.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you may continue to log in to My Beat Pack and download beats you claimed while your membership was active. You will not receive new Beat Claims after your paid billing period ends, and any unused Beat Claims expire at that time. Previously issued beat licenses remain valid permanently, subject to continued compliance with the applicable BX3 Beat License Agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may not share accounts or files, bypass access controls, scrape or copy the collection, resell unmodified beats, misrepresent ownership, interfere with the website, or use BX3 services unlawfully.

Changes and Termination

We may modify plans or features with reasonable notice when practical. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every beat will remain available for future claims. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
